Waiting time is charged at 25 pence per minute. The first five minutes for a booking are not charged.

We accept all major credit cards in the UK, a small processing fee of 2.50% does apply on all fares, with the minimum being 50p. Currently card payments can only be processed over the phone for prebookings only.

Pet Jobs

There is no extra charge for carrying cats, providing they are in a cat basket. There is a £2.50 extra charge for carrying a dog, regardless if it is in a carrier or not. We have a very limited amount of drivers who will carry dogs, as such pet bookings cannot be guaranteed. We suggest you always phone up in advance to make sure a suitable driver is working before making plans.
